Animation Process

The production procedure will probably stay the same for all videos, but it may sometimes vary depending on the client’s selected preferred video style. The entire process is based on communication with our clients and comprehending their needs as we concentrate on translating a thorough brief into a visual output through our creativity and ideation.

Following is the general procedure we use to produce an animated video. It will definitely help you in converting the question marks in your mind into full stops.
01. Briefing
To get started, we first need to know about your business and the outcomes you want to achieve through an explainer video. The understanding of your offerings, target audience, deadline, and budget is essential to get on the same page and start your project.
02. Script writing
After clearly understanding your requirement, we craft a script for your explainer video if you do not have one prepared. The script is the first step to getting started with your project, as it gives shape to the scattered idea for an animated video. Besides, the script will also be used for the narration as the voiceover later.
03. Storyboard
The storyboarding phase is where the written concept (script) of your video is converted into a visualized form. Once you are satisfied with the script and approve it, we sketch a storyboard to give you a visual idea of the approved script, which will be later illustrated for the final animation.
04. Illustrations
The approval of the storyboard will lead us to illustrate the rough sketch to be animated later. First, we design two or three style frames to give you an idea about what the final illustrations or animation will look like. You will get to see the color contrast, characters, font, background, video style and other elements. Once you give us the go-ahead, we will illustrate the whole storyboard according to the approved style frames.
05. Voice over
We provide you with a list of our roster having various voiceover artists with different tones, paces, and styles. You can listen to their samples on the roster and select any of them according to your preference. Then, you will get a sample of your selected voiceover artist narrating the script of your video. Once you are satisfied with it, we proceed to record the complete voiceover for your video.
06. Animation and Audio mix
After the approval of complete illustrations and voiceover, we animate the illustrations by adding transitions, visual effects, approved voiceover, relevant music and sound effects to produce the final animation. After the synchronization of all the elements, you will get a preview cut of the animation for your contentment and approval.
07. Sign Off
Once the production is done according to your contentment, we will provide you with the final files of your animated video per your technical requirements. You are now good to go and can start using the video on whichever platform you want.
